These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Journey website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Journey Health, Inc.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a US resident to use the Services. By using Journey, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. The Services
Journey is a technology platform that facilitates access to independent, US-licensed clinicians and pharmacy partners. Journey is not a medical provider or pharmacy and does not practice medicine or dispense medication. Clinicians on the platform exercise independent medical judgment.
3. No guarantee of treatment
Submitting an intake or paying for an evaluation does not guarantee that a clinician will issue a prescription. A clinician may decline to prescribe if treatment is not clinically appropriate.
4. Not for emergencies
The Services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911.
5. Payment and subscriptions
You authorize Journey to charge your payment method according to the plan you select. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. See our Refund Policy.
6. User responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Use medication only as prescribed.
- Do not share your account with anyone.
- Promptly report side effects or changes in your health.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Services is owned by Journey or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Journey disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Journey is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Journey's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
10. Arbitration and governing law
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in New York, NY under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
