Journey is a telehealth platform that connects patients with US-licensed clinicians practicing through an independently owned and operated professional medical corporation. Clinicians exercise independent medical judgment in all care decisions.

Will I always get a prescription if I complete the intake?

No. A prescription is only issued if a US-licensed clinician determines that treatment is appropriate based on your medical history, current health, and goals. Submitting an intake does not guarantee a prescription.

What medications do you offer?

Journey clinicians may prescribe FDA-approved GLP-1 receptor agonists when clinically appropriate. Available medications depend on your state, clinical eligibility, and clinician judgment. We do not dispense controlled substances.

Where does my medication come from?

All medications are dispensed by independent, US-licensed pharmacies registered with the appropriate state boards of pharmacy. Journey is not a pharmacy and does not manufacture, compound, or dispense medication directly.

Do you accept insurance?

Journey does not accept insurance directly. We provide superbills on request that you may submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement.
