Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations
You may cancel your Journey subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support@journeyhealth.example. Cancellation prevents future billing; it does not refund prior charges except as described below.
Evaluation fees
Evaluation fees are non-refundable once a clinician has reviewed your intake. If you cancel before a clinician begins review, you will receive a full refund.
Medication returns
For safety and regulatory reasons, prescription medications cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once they have been shipped. This is consistent with federal and state laws regarding dispensed pharmaceuticals.
Order issues
If your medication arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@journeyhealth.example within 7 days of delivery. We will work with our pharmacy partner to arrange a replacement when appropriate.
Subscription refunds
If you cancel a multi-month subscription, refunds for unused months may be issued at our discretion on a pro-rated basis, less any clinician evaluation or medication costs already incurred.
Disputes
If you have a billing dispute, contact billing@journeyhealth.example before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.
