  • Health information: information you provide in medical intakes, communications with clinicians, and medication history.
  • Payment information: processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Device & usage information: IP address, browser, device, cookies, and analytics.

How we use your information

  • To provide telehealth services and dispense medication through our pharmacy partners
  • To communicate with you about your care, account, and orders
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions
  • To comply with legal, regulatory, and safety obligations
  • To improve our services with de-identified data

How we share information

We share your information only with: (a) your assigned clinicians and care team; (b) US-licensed pharmacy partners who fulfill your prescriptions; (c) service providers (e.g., payment processing, hosting, analytics) under contract; (d) when required by law or to protect safety. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices and rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your account information by emailing privacy@journeyhealth.example. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA.

Data retention

We retain medical records for the period required by applicable state and federal law. Account and billing information is retained as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward.

Cookies

We use cookies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Children

Journey services are not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
